Day 3 to the Gym we (I) go!!!

Day 3 and off to the gym we went…@pucegreen went off on the treadmill to go nowhere fast…..me I did lots of weights…and lots of core work…..
The gym machines are all link to a system that monitors your workouts and total up the amount lifted…then every month they put the total up on the notice board….I went the gum 13 times last mouth (35th in the top 100) so go me but anyway……
once pucegreen had worn her trainers out, how many miles do you get out of a pair of trainers?..
Had a relaxing half hour in the steam room, sauna and bubble pool…then off home for dinner
Sore legs need a rest so a couple of gym session….then I might try the treadmill……

So 2nd of June…….Off to London for the day…..British Museum…..HMS Belast……with some south bank wondering thrown in for good measure…..so got home and thought better get some exercise in so off out on the bike for 30 min did 10K….job done…night I am sooooo tired @pucegeen already asleep……..

Juneathon Day 1/30 – Swimming time

Well not used this blog much in the last few months……so quick update since last post…..
Well….I was planning to do a 10k in March and then a half marathon on June, well all was on target, I was up to 4k in a February and getting quicker etc…then well my leg started to hurt, so since February I had pains in my left leg, I am currently waiting on a Physio appointment so hopefully soon I can get it bloody sorted and start running again, I can do anything else…swim, cycle, weights etc…just hurts to much to run…..Doing a lot of core work to help with it all…
Anyone back today efforts…
