Well I did it.
I completed a 5km run this evening.
It wasn’t the fastest in the world but I’m certainly not complaining.
Next on the list is to start improving my time. I had hoped that I would achieve 5km in 35 minutes by the end of January. Not sure it is entirely doable but going to keep it as my main goal for Janathon.
So here’s to more sensible eating and yoga to try and improve my time.

Average: 7.57 mins/km
Great run. Good to have a target – keep going, you’ll get there!
I better get a move on…..I need to catch you up well done you….think it’s safe to say I been naughty tonight….no exercise and 3 course dinner….back on the wagon tomorrow
